1. PURPOSE

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and the contracting of transportation, logistics, and distribution services offered by Larmont through the Site.

3. CONTRACTING SERVICES

1. Request. The contracting process involves:

   • Selecting the service and route.

   • Submitting a request for quotation or order.

   • Accepting the quotation and making payment (if applicable).

2. Confirmation. Upon receipt of payment, Larmont will send an acknowledgement and service details to the email address you provided.

3. Pricing and Payment. All prices are stated in Mexican pesos and include VAT where applicable. Payment methods accepted will be those offered on the Site.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

• Larmont: Agrees to perform the contracted service with due diligence and in accordance with the quoted specifications.

• Client: Agrees to deliver goods properly packaged, at the agreed times and locations, and to provide all necessary documentation for transport and customs clearance (if applicable).

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site—including designs, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and source code—is the property of Larmont or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Larmont does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Your access and use of any linked third-party site is at your own risk.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larmont shall not be liable for:

• Additional costs incurred by the Client for providing incorrect or incomplete information or documentation.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Larmont, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Larmont reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on https://larmont.com.mx/ and will take effect the day after publication. Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
